Mallick, Abid K., MD, FACC

Dr. Mallick joined Heartland Cardiology in April 2008. He is Chief of Cardiology at the Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, a position he has held since 2003, and he is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Mallick is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, and in adult Transthoracic Echocardiography, stress echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography. Additionally, he is fully qualified to implant pacemakers and internal cardio-defibrillators, as well as provide follow-up care for these devices. Dr. Mallick is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He takes great pride in caring for the Veteran community in Wichita. He also has a passion for helping educate new medical students and residents to help them achieve their goal to become physicians. Dr. Mallick enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
